City in pole position for Felix

Man United and Real Madrid have made the same €120m offer to Benfica for Joao Felix as City have. However, the reason City are in pole position to sign Felix is that they’re willing to pay the agent commissions. [via ]

Man United and Real Madrid would pay Felix €5m per season, while City would pay €4.5m. Benfica president Luís Felipe Vieira has made a counter offer to all those clubs, asking for Felix to stay at Benfica for one more season. [via ]

Manchester City have offered Benfica €120m for Joao Felix, and the only reason the player’s release clause hasn’t been triggered yet is due to City waiting to see if there would be any problems with FFP. [via ]
